English Teacher

English Teacher  

full time – 27h/per week 

Location: Lodz, Poland 

Responsibilities  

  • Planning, developing and executing lessons that reflect the curriculum and the state’s core educational standards 
  • Adapting English curriculum for individual, small group, and remedial instruction to meet the needs of identified students or subgroups of students 
  • Engaging students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere 
  • Evaluating the academic and social growth of students 
  • Establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior 
  • Planning and developing lesson plans and teaching outlines 
  • Employing a variety of methodologies in teaching and instructing pupils, including demonstrations, discussions, and lectures 
  • Utilizing educational equipment, such as materials, books, and other learning aids 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or equivalent 
  • Teaching qualifications 
  • Registration with Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) or equivalent

Year 5 Homeroom Teacher

Year 5 Homeroom Teacher  

full time – 27h/per week 

Location: Lodz, Poland 

Responsibilities  

  • Conducting educational activities with students 
  • The assessment of students’ behavior as part of intra-school assessment 
  • Providing psychological and pedagogical help to students 
  • Helping students who need help and support for developmental, family or random reasons 
  • The performance of administrative activities, including keeping documentation of the course of education 
  • Planning, developing and executing lessons that reflect the curriculum and the state’s core educational standards 
  • Engaging students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere 
  • Evaluating the academic and social growth of students 
  • Establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior 
  • Planning and developing lesson plans and teaching outlines

Art & Design Teacher

Art and Design Teacher 

Part- time – 18 h/per week

Location: Lodz, Poland

Responsibilities:  

  • Planning lessons on art and art history and design in accordance with students’ learning objectives.
  • Preparing the classroom by gathering and setting up equipment.
  • Developing students’ drawing, coloring, and painting techniques as well as design.
  • Providing instruction on the use of media such as graphite and charcoal pencils, as well as oil, acrylic, and watercolor paint.
  • Teaching students about art history and design.
  • Assigning and grading projects and examinations.
  • Recording and reporting on students’ progress.
  • Ensuring that the classroom is clean after each lesson.
  • Monitoring inventory and sourcing art supplies, as needed.

 Requirements:

  • Fluent written & oral English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with teaching qualification, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as an Art and Design Teacher.
  • Demonstrated excellence in a variety of art techniques.
